- Thumbs down! Very Very Very slow, right from the beginning. 5 months of my valuable time has been wasted. They never respond, not attentive while submitted application. We had more than a few bumps along the road and it seemed like every corner we turned we hit yet another stumbling block purely due to things out of our control, but he persisted, stayed patient and was very professional and personable throughout even taking late calls on he’s day off to get us over the line. I'm so glad I was recommended to Instant Mortgages , mainly to Moshin who was super professional and very transparent on what mortgage offers are out there. No pressure and No FEES!!!. Also Rachel who looked after us post mortgage application was truly amazing, importantly the speedy responses to my millions of questions is a rarity nowadays.
