As first-time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Andrew and Sarah. From start to finish, they provided excellent advice, regular updates, and constant reassurance throughout the entire process. This was our first experience of using a broker rather sourcing a mortgage independently and the experience has been very positive.

Having used another broker before who was very communicative and tenacious, we tried this broker as they offered 0 fees for us. We were given the sales talk over the phone by Chris and convinced. The application process was easy and straight forward but the rest of the way we were left on our own and told "it will all be okay" when we phoned. We then dealt with Rachel who was helpful enough. The mortgage went through okay but we were left in the dark. I'll use my old broker next time.

Instant mortgages made things very very easy for me. After not being able to secure a mortgage offer through other brokers, i contacted Instant Mortgages and this is where i met George who i can not reccomend enough. He gave me options i didnt know were possible and walked me through every step and secured me a mortgage offer within 3 days. I will definitly come back in the future and i will recommend these guys to everyone I know trying to get a mortgage.

Moshin was recommended to me by my brother who had previously found mortgages via Moshin and had recommended him to other people as well. Moshin was super helpful and proactive in getting me the best deal when I was buying my flat. He was very clear when explaining the process and always had time to clarify everything over the phone or via email. My process took quite a long time due to various delays in the conveyancing process and throughout Moshin was updating my offer so I got the best deal. My case was also complicated by the fact that when I initially needed a mortgage offer I had just started a new job which limited the number of available lenders, but as the process dragged on Moshin didn't forget to widen the search as soon as I qualified for more lenders since I had worked at my job for longer. It was great that I could trust him to know what he was doing really well and that I didn't need to do my own research all the time to confirm his work.
Moshin also went above and beyond when he was working with the conveyancer I had chosen---unfortunately I had chosen a really terrible one who on multiple occasions cost me a lot of time and money. On one occasion the Conveyancer suggested that since my partner wasn't declared on my first mortgage offer that they would need to get expensive independent legal advice and sign a form but Moshin was able to clarify that this was not necessary and confirm it with the lender, this saved me a lot of money and time at a critical point near the end of the conveyancing process. There was a lot of back and forth to figure it all out and I was in Japan at the time but Moshin is super reliable and proactive and made a bunch of phone calls on my behalf. I finally managed to get the keys to my flat on December 23rd, at 4:50pm just before the estate agent was going to break for Christmas and Moshin was helping out right until the end to make sure the lender could accelerate the release of the funds, it really was down to the wire and it absolutely would not have happened with Moshin's help.
I couldn't be more positive about Moshin and this company, they are amazing, I hope they get your business! You'll be so glad you picked them! I'll also be recommending them to friends and writing a referral for Moshin on an internal housing chat at my workplace.
